Zamfara ADC Chairman Receives COPDEM Delegation on Solidarity Visit

Gusau, Zamfara State – The Zamfara State Chairman of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), Kabiru Garba, on Wednesday received executive members of the Coalition for the Protection of Democracy (COPDEM) who paid a solidarity and advocacy visit to the party secretariat in Gusau.

The COPDEM delegation, led by its state coordinator, said the visit was to officially declare their full support for the ADC and to express readiness to collaborate in promoting democratic values, credible leadership, and inclusive governance across Zamfara State.

Speaking during the visit, the COPDEM leader praised the leadership style of the ADC chairman and acknowledged the party’s rising popularity, particularly in rural and youth-dominated communities.

“We are here today to confirm our total support to the African Democratic Congress. We believe the ADC represents the true hope for the people, especially at this critical time when Nigerians are yearning for change,” the COPDEM representative stated.

In his remarks, Kabiru Garba appreciated the Coalition for their trust and solidarity, assuring them of ADC’s commitment to people-oriented leadership, justice, and transparency.

“This visit strengthens our morale and confirms that more people are identifying with our mission to build a better Zamfara and Nigeria at large,” he said.

The visit ended with both sides pledging to work together in advancing democracy and empowering citizens ahead of future elections.
