ADC Chairman Pays Courtesy Visit to Zamfara Elders, Receives Strong Support

 


Gusau, Zamfara State – July 22, 2025

The Chairman of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) in Zamfara State, Hon. Kabiru Garba, paid a courtesy visit to prominent elder statesmen in Gusau on Monday, in a move aimed at strengthening grassroots consultations and unifying support for the party.

During the visit, Hon. Garba met with respected community leaders including Alhaji Aminu Makaranta, Alhaji Dan Buba Gusau (Maji Dadin Gusau), and Dallatun Gusau. The discussions focused on the current political landscape of the state and the role of elder statesmen in guiding the future of Zamfara.

Speaking after the visit, Hon. Garba stated, "I came to seek the counsel and blessings of our esteemed elders. Their wisdom and experience are vital to the progress of our party and the state."

Each of the elders commended the ADC Chairman for his humility and foresight in reaching out, and they pledged their commitment to promote and support the party’s growth and development across Zamfara State.

This visit is part of a broader ADC strategy to engage key stakeholders ahead of the upcoming elections and to foster inclusive leadership within the party.
