ADC Zamfara Mourns the Passing of Emir of Gusau

The African Democratic Congress (ADC), Zamfara State Chapter, has expressed deep sorrow over the death of His Royal Highness, the Emir of Gusau, describing his passing as a monumental loss to the state and the nation at large.
In an official statement released on Saturday, the party extended its heartfelt condolences to the royal family, the Emirate Council, and the entire people of Gusau.
"The late Emir was not only a traditional ruler but a symbol of unity, a voice of wisdom, and a champion of peace and development," the statement read. "His reign brought stability and progress to the Emirate, and his legacy will continue to serve as a guiding light for generations to come."
The ADC also offered prayers for the soul of the late monarch, asking Almighty Allah to forgive his shortcomings and grant him Aljannatul Firdaus. The party further prayed for strength and comfort for the bereaved family and the people of Zamfara during this difficult time.
"We urge the people of Gusau and Zamfara State to remain united and continue upholding the values of harmony, progress, and service to humanity that the late Emir embodied throughout his lifetime," the statement concluded.
The Emir of Gusau, who passed away earlier this week, was widely respected for his commitment to peacebuilding, education, and the welfare of his people.
