ADC Chairman Condoles with Gummi Emirate over Boat Tragedy and Bandit Attacks




GUMMI, Zamfara State — The Zamfara State Chairman of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), Malam Kabiru Garba, yesterday paid a condolence visit to the Gummi Emirate Council following a recent boat tragedy that claimed 13 lives and left three missing, as well as ongoing attacks by bandits in the area.

The Chairman was received by ADC executives from Gummi and Bukkuyum LGAs, party members, and well-wishers. At the Emirate Council, he met with the Secretary, to whom he conveyed the party leadership’s condolences on behalf of the state executive and party members.

During the visit, Honourable Kabiru Garba expressed appreciation for the warm reception and thanked the people of Gummi for their resilience and solidarity amid these challenges. He prayed for Allah’s mercy on the deceased, asking that they be granted Aljannatul Firdaus, and for comfort and strength for the bereaved families and victims of banditry.
