Education has been another focal point. Zannah awarded scholarships totaling ₦35.1 million to 1,100 students across five tertiary institutions, investing in the state's future leaders .

He has overseen the renovation of four medical centers and initiated the construction of a 100-bed international standard hospital. These efforts aim to improve healthcare accessibility for the people of Zamfara.
