ZANNAN BUNGUDU ONE YEAR SCORE CARD ON RELIGION

On Thursday 6th July, the chief spoke person of Hon (Dr) Abdulmalik Aminu Lawal Bungudu issued a statement on the one year achievements on religious sector of Hon. Abdulmalik Zubairu, member representing Maru/Bungudu federal constituency.

The spoke person, listed some of the projects out of many that were executed and completed by the honourable Member within a single year of his representation.


The projects includes: Complete renovation of Bungudu Central Jumu’at, second Jumu’at Mosque (JIBWIS) Kotorkoshi ADC, Sheikh Abubakar Mahmud Gummi JIBWIS Jumu’at Mosque Bungudu town and Dansadau Jumu’at Mosque in Maru Local government.

The member also donated Seven Million Naira (7,000,000) to support renovation of Nahuche JIBWIS Jumu’at Mosque, Two Million Naira (2,000,00)  for Ubandawakin Nahuce Jumu’at Mosque, Two Million (2,000) for Nahuche Central mosque renovation project and Twenty Million building materials support for Islamiyya and Arabic schools in Nahuce town, Bungudu LGA. He also donated amplifiers, microphones and loudspeakers for mosques and religious organizations that cost Ten Million One hundred and Ninety Two Naira (10,192,000)

In addition, Hon Abdulmalik Zubairu donated brand new Sharon vehicle to JIBWIS First Aid Group, Zamfara State Headquarters and JIBWIS First Aid Group, Bungudu LGA.

The spoke person mentioned that the Honourable also reconstructed a mosque in the Federal Medical Centre Gusau Mosque and One Million Naira (1,000,000) support for the renovation of Zamfara State IMAN Secretariat.

Fencing of cemeteries in Mayanci and Asha Lafiya Kanoma are among the projects and One Million Naira for installation of solar lights at Kanoma Jumu’at Mosque. Completion of Sheikh Jafar Mahmud Adam Jumu’at Mosque and Construction of 1 block of 5 classrooms, toilets and office accommodation at Zango new lay-out Bungudu town, Bungudu LGA. Reconstruction of A’isha (R.A) Institute for Qur’anic memorization Bungudu town.

Provision of school uniforms to 800 students of A’isha (R.A) Institute for Qur’anic memorization, Bungudu LGA. Construction of new Islamiyya School in Tofa community of Bungudu East Constituency.

Completion of Jumu’at Mosque in Dangulbi town of Maru LGA. Renovation of 45 number daily prayer mosques within 1st 100 days in office. Construction of Islamiyya School in Fantaru Community, Bungudu west constituency.

Our correspondent interviewed some people from Maru and Bungudu local governments where the Honourable member is representing on the one year score card, while they applaud him and prayed for him for more success during his tenure as their representative in the lower chamber.

ADC Begins Distribution of Membership Cards, Registers Across 14 LGAs

  Gusau, Zamfara – July 19, 2025 The African Democratic Congress (ADC) has officially commenced the distribution of membership cards and registration booklets across the 14 Local Government Areas (LGAs) of Zamfara State. It has become increasingly alarming that these celebrations—particularly those involving our young children—are gradually drifting away from the ethical, cultural, and religious standards expected in our society.
