The Zamfara Young Ladies in Support of Zannan Bungudu 2027, under the leadership of Maijidda Ibrahim Lamido and the Secretary, Zainab Lawal, have unanimously declared their total support and endorsement of Hon. Abdulmalik Zubairu Zannan Bungudu as their preferred Governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the 2027 general election.

This endorsement follows extensive consultations and careful consideration of Hon. Zannan Bungudu’s outstanding record of service, commitment to the people of Zamfara State, and his proven leadership capacity. The group described him as a compassionate leader, renowned philanthropist, progressive politician, and a true grassroots mobilizer who understands the political realities and developmental needs of Zamfara State.

Hon. Abdulmalik Zubairu Zannan Bungudu is widely recognized as a unionist and seasoned activist whose wealth of leadership experience continues to positively impact communities across the state.

“We believe strongly in his capacity, credibility, and readiness to serve Zamfara State better,” said the Leader of the group, Maijidda Ibrahim Lamido.

The Zamfara Young Ladies appealed to all APC stakeholders at the State, Zonal, and National levels to rally behind Hon. Abdulmalik Zubairu Zannan Bungudu and consider him as the party’s flag bearer for the 2027 Zamfara State Governorship election. According to the group, his candidacy will strengthen the APC and position the party for a decisive victory in the forthcoming general election.

Expressing optimism for the future, the group stated that under the leadership of Zannan Bungudu, Zamfara State will experience rapid and inclusive development across all 14 Local Government Areas, ensuring meaningful dividends of democracy for all citizens.

The group further called on stakeholders, party faithful, and the general public to support and pray for Hon. Zannan Bungudu, emphasizing that collective commitment is essential for sustainable development and good governance in Zamfara State.

Hon. Abdulmalik Zubairu Zannan Bungudu, currently serving as a Member of the House of Representatives representing Bungudu/Maru Federal Constituency, has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership through humanitarian interventions, economic empowerment initiatives, and impactful social and developmental programmes that benefit the people of Zamfara State.
