It marks a disappointing milestone since when  Dauda Lawal took office, promising change and progress especially in the security sector. But unfortunately, his 14 months on the throne has been marred by insecurity, incompetence, corruption and a blatant disregard for the welfare of our citizens. Security: The government's inability to address the rising insecurity has led to a surge in banditry, kidnapping and other criminal activities leaving our citizens feeling unsafe and vulnerable.
