Dansadau is a town located at  100 kilometres the south  of Gusau, the capital city of Zamfara state. It shares border with Kebbi State at the west, Kaduna state at the south and east and some part of Katsina at the east. African Democratic Congress host the Commissioner, Nigeria Girls Guides Association ( NGGA) Hajiya Maimuna Ibrahim in their State Secretariat, Gusau Zamfara State.  The Honourable Commissioner says the purpose of the visit is to know the plan and preparations of the party on how to reduce the number of Girls out of school if they are elected in various positions. She also ask about ADC plan for women during Local Government Election. The State Party Chairman, Honourable Kabiru Garba Gusau Uban Dawakin Tudun Wada assured her that 30% Slot will be given to women contesting for various positions. He also promised to partner with them to execute many programs in the state especially back to school projects.   African Democratic Congress (ADC) Zamfara State chapter condoles Maru Emirates, Zamfara State Government and the family of Late Alhaji Bala Muhammad Wazirin Maru on his demise. In a statement released by the party Secretariat in Gusau says:  "On behalf of the African Democratic Congress, ADC Zamfara State Working Committee, and entire members of the party in the state, under the leadership of Hon. Kabiru Garba Gusau (Uban Dawakin Tudun Wada) wishes to extend our condolences to the immediate and extended family members of Alhaji Bala Muhammad Wazirin Maru  who died in the early hours of today after a protracted illness". "Wazirin Maru's death has created a large vacuum in the Community and social development of our dear state as he had served as a reference point to many of us in these regards". The chairman prayed Allah to grant the deceased eternal rest in Jannatu Firdaus and give the family the fortitude to bear the irreplaceable loss.
