It is a Common Knowledge to everyone that before you erect a new building you must follow due process and secure a permission to do so, that was the reason why we have Directorate of Housing and Town Planning, Whose main responsibility is to ensure any body who want to erect a new building must have their approval before doing so. It is unfortunate that this Magazine that reported this fake news it is also a fake magazine, because in a normal circumstances, every report on a Newspaper or Magazine must have a reporter of that very particular report. Shamelessly, that Report has no reporter it is just like Super Story, every effort i have made to get reach to the reporter yielded negative result as i couldn't reach him because he has no identity, which automatically makes the magazine to be fake and spreading fake news.
