  Zamfara state chapter of the All Progressives Congress APC State Executive Committee SEC today met with the leader of the party, Governor Bello Mohammed Matawalle presiding and resolved to continue to work as a team with all members of the party in the state under one roof as a family. Earlier, a formal introduction of all the SEC members was carried out after which the governor noted that the meeting was delayed  due to exigency of work particularly in addressing security issues as well as to allow the hosting of Leadrrship Induction Training to the leaders so as to start the administration on a sound footing. The Zamfara state chapter of the APC under the leadership of Hon Tukur Umar Danfulani wishes to thank all the good people of the state particularly the APC leaders, loyalists and supporters for coming to show their unprecedented support in welcoming our leader, President Muhammadu Buhari  who was scheduled to be in our dear state today, to again commiserate with the people and government over the renewed spate of bandits attacks in the state. However, the long awaited visit could not hold due to an unforseen bad weature that compelled experts from different fields and agencies to advice against the visit. We are very confident and hopeful that in spite of Mr President's tight schedule, the visit will soon  be rescheduled InSha Allah. It is also our hope and prayer that as usual, our people will continue to be supportive to the Matawalle-led APC administration in the state so that we can continue to garner more dividends of democracy.

We at the Zamfara state office of the All Progressives Congress APC are highly surprised over the claim by some certain groups that there exist two factions of our great party in the state with each aligning itself to the two former  political leaders of ex-governor Abdulaziz Yari Abubakar and former Senator Kabiru Garba Marafa.
