It is highly disheartening to wake up in a peaceful atmosphere only for it to be short-lived by the sad incident of fights that broke within the Peoples Democratic Party PDP in the state where its thugs wrecked havoc on the venue of its state congresses leaving an unclaimed detritus. No doubt, the good people of Zamfara are begining to enjoy the return of peace following the efforts of His Excellency, Governor Bello Mohammed Matawalle MON in addressing security issues in the state. Stakeholders comprising 14 Local Government Sole Administrators, Area Development Council Administrators, Special Advisers' Forum and a delegation from Bungudu Local Government Area of Zamfara state today declared as non-existent, any faction of the All Progressives Congress in the state. They jointly made the declaration during a solidarity visit on the newly inaugurated leadership of APC in the state under the Chairmanship of Tukur Umar Danfulani at the state party Secretariat along Sokoto by-pass road, Gusau. Former Commissioner of water resources in the state, Honourable Abdulkakir Ahmad Tsafe has shifted his loyalty from ex-governor Yari's Camp to Governor Matawalle's political dragnet in Zamfara.
